Before attending your Glencore Generic Induction you need to be registered in the Glencore Workforce On-boarding System (GWOS).

Terms and Conditions
All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of training unless prior arrangements are made with the Glencore Training Centre.
All transactions are in Australian Dollars only.
Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
An application for a refund is addressed according to the notice given by the person making the request:
- 3 business days (or more) prior to the commencement of the course - 100% refund.
- Between 2 business days and the commencement of the course - no refund.
- Withdrawal during the course - no refund.
Where a refund is due to a candidate, the applicable refund amount will be provided within thirty days.
Student Course Transfer
- ✓ 2 business days (or more) prior to the commencement of the course.
- ✗ No transfers will be completed with less than 2 business days' notice from the commencement of the course and will result in 100% forfeit of course fee.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late to a course affects the learning outcomes of all students. Glencore Coal Assets Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to candidates who arrive late to a course. In this case, the candidate will forfeit 100% of the course fee.
General
Glencore Coal Assets Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.
Should this occur a full refund or an alternative enrolment date will be offered.
Glencore Coal Assets Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to change course fees, dates, content, trainers or method of presentation at its discretion.
