Before attending your Glencore Generic Induction you need to be registered in the Glencore Workforce System (Ideagen).
Please complete a mobilisation application to get your details updated in Glencore's Training Management Systems.

Terms and Conditions

All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of training unless prior arrangements have been made with the Glencore Training Centre.
All transactions are in Australian Dollars only.
All bookings, cancellations, refunds, transfers, substitutions, and participant changes are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Any application for a refund will be assessed according to the notice provided prior to the commencement of the course:

• 3 business days or more prior to the commencement of the course - 100% refund
• Less than 2 business days prior to the commencement of the course - no refund
• Withdrawal during the course - no refund

Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed within thirty (30) days.

Transfers, Substitutions and Booking Changes

• Transfers, substitutions, participant swaps, and name changes may only be requested up to 3 business days prior to the commencement of the course
• No transfers, substitutions, participant swaps, name changes, or other booking amendments will be accepted within 3 business days of the course commencement
• This applies to all booking changes, including where one worker is being replaced by another worker from the same company
• Where a booked participant can no longer attend and notice is provided within 3 business days of the course commencement, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and no refund, credit, transfer, or replacement will be provided
• A new booking and payment will be required for any replacement participant

Additional Conditions

• A booking is confirmed for the individual participant named at the time of registration
• It is the responsibility of the booking company to ensure participant details are correct at the time of booking
• The Glencore Training Centre reserves the right to refuse any transfer, substitution, participant swap, name change, or booking amendment that does not comply with these terms and conditions
• No exceptions will be made for administrative oversight, scheduling conflicts, travel changes, worker unavailability, or internal company resourcing changes

Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details

To safeguard your credit card details, Glencore Coal Assets Australia Pty Ltd will not collect or store your credit card details on this website. Sensitive cardholder data is managed independently by Commonwealth Bank (CBA) through the CBA merchant internet payment facility.

Consumer data / Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the online booking system is stored electronically. Your personal information will be treated in accordance with legal provisions under the Australian Law concerning data protection. This information will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Glencore Coal Assets Australia Pty Ltd, however limited information may be provided to Damstra Mining Services in order to streamline and complete your authorisation to work on an Glencore mine site.
